With a shared vision, we host multidisciplinary conferences, summits, and nonprofit and community events around controversial topics that hold transformation and well-being for humanity.

About Adolfo Schmitt: Co-founder and Director of Microhuasca, forestry engineer, researcher, and conservationist of Andean Amazonian biodiversity for more than a decade. He now leads several multidisciplinary initiatives toward the responsible and therapeutic use of Ayahuasca and other master plants. Along with the Microhuasca team, he is forming future professionals dedicated to this field.

More about Microhuasca: We are Microhuasca, a Peruvian organization, we offer since 2020 therapeutic support and professional training programs in more than 15 countries, with microdoses or small doses of ayahuasca, millenary Amazonian medicine, legal in Peru and very effective for emotional, spiritual, physical and mental health conditions.

Tiffany Hurd is a Microdosing and Plant Medicine Mentor, Speaker and Psychedelic Consultant based in San Diego who teaches the use of psychedelics within an intentional framework as a supportive and expansive offering for humanity’s healing, personal growth, and wellness. Her expertise is mentoring people through customized guided microdosing experiences, teaching coaches/mentors how to facilitate this work within their businesses, and educating people on how to receive the fullness of what this medicine can open up for you.

Mikaela de la Myco comes from a blended ancestry. In her everyday life, Mikaela serves as a mother, an educator, a folk herbalist, a community organizer and entheogen facilitator. She has collaborated as an educator and activist with hundreds of companies and organizations within the sacred earth medicine space and is well known as a maternal caretaker in the community. Her platforms, Mama de la Myco and the mushWOMB generate educational content that weaves the tapestry of medicine woman, psychedelic mother and sacred hoe. Her most recent movement, Mothers of the Mushroom is an open source research into remembering that psychedelics are for families.

Ana Maria Badila's journey into the world of psychedelics and microdosing is one of profound healing and self-realization.Realizing the potency of it, Ana Maria created of Odin, the only systematic journal for microdosing. Ana Maria is also the host at Microdosing Stories Podcast, a place where she uncovers the diversity and uniqueness of each individual's microdosing experience. Ana Maria's commitment to the world of psychedelics extends far beyond her journey and she is more than just an explorer; she's a guide and mentor, leading people back to their true nature.

Sara Budhwani is a Canadian in Amsterdam who has been exploring the healing effects of psychedelics for over 4 years. She discovered the healing potential microdosing can have in our social environments, and created Happy Tea to further spread the message of the magic that can happen when we share enjoyable microdosing experiences together. She creates different tea blends with adaptogens with a mission for more people to microdose together.

Jessica Lagarde: Originally from Brazil, Jessika Lagarde is a trauma-informed plant medicine facilitator, Earth keeper, educator, and Women On Psychedelics co-founder. WOOP is an organization committed to connection and community, fostering a culture of holistic healing and authentic self-expression for empowered female autonomy. Jessika’s path have made her more aware not only of the crisis of our planet but also of how disconnection is a direct cause of it. All of her work is informed by taking action in a way that serves the Earth and our human collective, in hopes of mobilizing inner healing towards outer action.

Tian Daphne: From Singapore and based in Amsterdam, Tian is an avid explorer of the world and human consciousness, and love to ponder the very nature of reality.

Serendipitous encounters brought her into the incredible world of fungi and plant medicines, initiating a journey of discovery, learning and deep healing. This ignited a passion to share the emerging research, and to help amplify the voices of women in this field. Tian is always present on WOOP's retreats and ceremonies as a facilitator and she brings voice activation to the spaces we create.

About Leila Li: Born in China, based in Amsterdam. Leila - Sanskrit for The Dance of Life. It is an invitation to, with a playful attitude, meet both the dark and bright sides of life’s waves. World wanderer Leila is rooted in both East and West, and she passionately loves to be inspired and inspire people to share their own aliveness and gifts. She practices and channels through the flow of Dao/Tao 道 (the way of nature) in her authentic expressions in Temple/Ecstatic Arts, Tantric Bodywork and Plant Medicine/Psychedelics Guide. She helps people integrate ancient wisdoms and profound ritual moments into daily life.

About Arja Rose: A medicine woman, tantric bodywork practitioner, and founder of Feminine-Alchemy, has created a sanctuary dedicated to the collective feminine awakening.. Through the sacred medicines of the plant and animal kingdoms, coupled with the healing power of tantric bodywork, Arja crafts transformative experiences within safe, nurturing spaces. Arja’s journey is marked by extensive training and exploration in diverse spiritual disciplines. Over the years, she has delved deeply into the sacred temple arts, tantric bodywork, shamanism, meditation, and embodiment practices.
